General booking information:

- 2-Night Minimum stay
- Minimum age of primary renter is 24
- Check-in after 4PM, Check-out by 10AM
- No Smoking
- No Parties allowed

- Payments: 50% due at booking, 50% due within 30 days of stay (automatically collected)

- Security Deposit: $200-$250 depending on cabin booked, held 1 day prior to check-in and will be released (less any damages) 1 day after check-out

- Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00% (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 15 days before arrival; No refunds within 15 days of arrival.

* Travel Insurance is available to protect your trip should an emergency arise that prevents travel. This is a seperate charge and paid to a 3rd-party company during checkout if selected.
