Cancellation Policy

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Pet Fees & Policy

Pets are allowed for a fee of $35/pet per stay with a maximum of 2 pets per cabin. Pets are NOT allowed in Cabin 5. Max size of 75 lbs each. Pets must be house trained and shall never be left anywhere on the property unattended, unless in a locked crate inside (crates not provided). All waste must be immediately picked up and disposed of in the appropriate trash receptacles. Aggressive behavior, destruction of property and noise nuisance will not be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction with no refunds issued.

Payment Schedule

All payments are due in full 14 days prior to arrival. 50% of the total booking cost is due to secure the booking, with the balance being charged to the same card 14 days prior to arrival. If you are booking to arrive within 14 days, full payment will be charged at the time of booking.
